How often do we meet?
Consistency plays a vital role in creating lasting, genuine change. For this reason, I recommend weekly sessions. As we build rapport and make progress towards goals, the frequency of sessions may be adjusted to align with your evolving needs.
How can therapy help?
Therapy provides a space to process workplace challenges, imposter syndrome, and burnout—so you can thrive, not just survive. Therapists help you sort through the career chaos, imposter feelings, and big life questions that come with adulting.
How long are sessions?
Individual sessions are 45 minutes and couples sessions are 60 minutes.
Do you accept insurance?
Similar to many private practices, we are an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may incur the full session fee, which is generally not reimbursed by insurance providers.
How does payment work?
Payment is due in full at the end of each session. All major credit cards are accepted.
