Eliza Davis, LCSW

Founder & Psychotherapist

Eliza works alongside her clients to build confidence, encourage meaningful change, and create a life that feels both fulfilling and balanced. Whether you’re navigating dating and relationships, decision-making, life transitions, anxiety, depression, or career challenges, she offers steady support and belief in your ability to grow and thrive. Eliza creates a safe, supportive space to better understand your emotions, strengthen resilience, and develop healthier patterns in both relationships and self-perception. With experience in high-end matchmaking, she also helps clients gain clarity around what they want in a partner, understand relationship patterns, and approach dating with confidence and purpose.

Recognizing the pressures that often come with being a young professional, Eliza helps clients uncover and shift the internal narratives that contribute to self-doubt and stress. She supports clients in managing anxiety, setting boundaries, and navigating career transitions with clarity and intention. Working with both individuals and couples, Eliza takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach and integrates evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing — tailoring each session to your unique goals and needs.
