Eliza creates a safe, supportive space to better understand your emotions, strengthen resilience, and develop healthier patterns in both relationships and self-perception. With experience in high-end matchmaking, she also helps clients gain clarity around what they want in a partner, understand relationship patterns, and approach dating with confidence and purpose.
Recognizing the pressures that often come with being a young professional, Eliza helps clients uncover and shift the internal narratives that contribute to self-doubt and stress. Alyssa is a warm, compassionate therapist who values honesty, connection, and practical growth. Alyssa works with adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem and confidence concerns, dating and relationship challenges, career stress, and major life transitions, with a particular focus on maternal mental health and the emotional impact of fertility, parenthood, and evolving life roles.
With experience in the corporate world, Alyssa brings a nuanced understanding of work-life balance, career pressures, and modern professional stress. She combines this insight with a collaborative, strengths-based approach to help clients build self-trust, strengthen resilience, and create lives that feel authentic and aligned. Alyssa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yale University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University, supporting clients with empathy, clarity, and practical strategies for growth.
