Clinical Fellowship
The Clinical Fellowship program offers a collaborative, hands-on training experience for graduate-level students seeking practicum or field placement in a private practice setting.
Throughout the program, clinical fellows build and maintain a caseload, providing support across a wide range of presenting concerns. Clinical work includes, but is not limited to: anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, body image and eating disorders, dating and relationship issues, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), interpersonal challenges, career challenges and perfectionism.
This training emphasizes both clinical skill development and professional growth within a supportive, structured environment. Clinical Fellows participate in treatment planning, case conceptualization, and ongoing clinical documentation, while receiving regular supervision and feedback.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s of Social Work Program or Mental Health Counseling program (second year student preferred)
- Strong communication
- Ability to work independently
- Collaborative mindset
- Eagerness to learn and contribute within a private practice setting
Job Opportunities

Qualifications
- Licensed or pre-licensed in New York or New Jersey (LMSW, LCSW, MHC-LP, LMHC)
- Experience providing individual therapy using variety of clinical modalities
